It’s the 2nd day in October – a national holiday in India for it’s the birth date of Mahatma Gandhi
I decided to add on a new resolution to my list of October plan and it is to completely cut sugar from my diet. Over this year, I’ve see-saw’ed between zero sugar to natural sugars only (figs, raisins etc) to full blow dessert orgies where I mixed Tate’s cookies with Nestle Coffee Mate and raisins, figs & grapes. I have come to realize that while it may not be scientifically proven yet, sugar does tend to be addictive and hence my resolution.
This month, I’m going to refrain from any form of dessert, raisins/figs included.
Day 1 went good, maintained both resolutions, Look forward to Day 2
